  Wonderful huge room with separate walk in wardrobe/bathroom with huge two person glam bath. Separate seating area with gas/log fire and the look of a library. Very comfortable bed, pillows etc. - The reception staff were accomodating and found us a room with an opening balcony door, it was very comfortable and lovely and as a result we had a very... wat mensen zeggen » enjoyable stay in Melbourne.

  We loved the location as we were able to catch a tram to the city and walk to South Yarra and Chapel Street. We were also surrounded by wonderful restaurants within walking distance. The staff at The Lyall were so friendly and we felt very welcomed. We also had a beautiful room . - The hotel is very well located, service was a high standard, very... wat mensen zeggen » helpful and friendly. The room was excellent with a very good layout. Room service was used and was high quality. The mini-bar was not a rip-off. Could not fault the Lyall and will be back.

  Amazing location, luxurious rooms especially the beds and the bathrooms, balcony and windows you can actually open to stand on the balcony and look over the city. Staff were fabulous and staying at The Westin was so wonderful I didn't want to leave - ever. - The location and helpfulness of the staff were fabulous. The buffet breakfast was amazing... wat mensen zeggen » . The beds were unbelievable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling or looking to stay in a lovely 5 star hotel. Thank you!
