Check in was very smooth and the information provided was excellent. I contacted the manager to arrange a slightly later checkout as we were meeting friends for lunch. He checked and as there were no new bookings for that night we were able to leave our belongings and collect them after our lunch which was most generous and helpful -

Melbourne is not a cheap city for accommodation and the price on letsbookhotel.com was great. The staff were friendly and helpful, even when we arrived at 2am due to a delay in our flight. The room was well sized, clean and very comfortable. The hotel is in the CBD and close to the main part of town, and only a short walk or tram ride from everything else. Will definitely stay here again and recommend it to my friends and family.

We stayed in the Penthouse with spa, rooftop deck and pinball machine. It is a great space with really comfortable couches and beds. This is a fantastic entertaining suite. We were able to entertain friennds in a foreign city and the suite had everything we needed. Hot air ballons passing over the rooftop terrace early in the morning was an added bonus. We especially loved the wonderful noise free environment of our room.We were on the 10th floor but never heard one sound anytime. We had the most wonderful sleep.The housekeeping of the room was excellent. The window seat was a firm favourite, a great spot to relax in the sun with a book.
