  I only needed a room for one night and it was as I expected for the price. It was convenient and comfortable without any big fuss. For the small number of hours I used the room it was exactly what I wanted. I could catch the tram outside the door and come back the same way which was great. Did lack a dining table. I was in single bed room. Cheapest I could get. Awesome location - a little bit of noise as you'd expect. The little bit of interaction I had with the staff was positive - they were very polite.

It was clean, and the hotel is near the station, and very close to the famous Chapel Street (Restaurants/Shopping) Very good value for money, and the room was comfortable. I would surely go to the Claremont next time I am on holidays around Melbourne. The place was kept immaculately clean and the staff were assiduous and very helpful. They were extremely good in serving breakfast, which was another bonus, and the front desk team were very friendly and accommodating. I thought this hotel superb value. It is right beside South Yarra Metro station, which has very frequent service 6 minute to and from the central part of Melbourne.

  everything, there isnt anything to fault about this place!..I got upgraded to a 4bed from a 10bed cos they were super busy!..Its within walking distance to the main eating places in Acland Street etc.. tram stop in front of the hostel. Good communication regarding after hours arrival (check in). Firm but comfortable bed. Free WiFi - Rooms were spacious and well fitted out. Staff at the front desk could not have been more helpful.
