  Probably one of the best Ibis Budget hotels in Australia. Super clean, friendly staff and comfortable beds. Free parking and free tea and coffee until 10pm. Great value for money option. - We have used this chain before and as usual we were not disappointed. They are always clean, well positioned and have excellent staff.

You could really market it using those old fashion spaces, beautiful wood work, etc. you could offer free accommodation for in-kind work from professionals who would activate the space using art, theatre, fine food, etc. people dressed in period costume serving tea, etc in the writing room.   We were met with a friendly smile by the staff and given local assistance. Despite being on a busy road the motel was quiet. It was excellent value for money and we would willingly use it again. - Nice new renovated bathrooms. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very large.
