  I loved every second of being there but the best thing about my time up at the Q1 was a certain staff member. Kevin he made me feel welcome from the moment I checked and was great and really friendly, and he gave me the best service and I went back down to the lobby after I had a swim and just got to talk with him. He is the reason I will definit... wat mensen zeggen » ely going back and recommending the Q1 to my friends. But all the staff were really great and the pool was awesome to. - Q1 is amazing! I loved the activities that we could do (skyclimb, observation deck - breakfast lunch and dinner!) everyone was so friendly and welcoming! I would definitely come back! Not mention our view from level 53 was SUPERB! Words cannot even describe! Thank you, to all the staff for making us feel at home:)

  We thought the staff were very accommodating. They really made us feel welcome. I also thought the breakfast was really good. Overall, a really lovely time had by all and I think we will definitely come back again. Also, the room was clean and a great size for all of us.   The room, location and view were fantastic. When we arrived, we were 1 1/2hrs early for check in. We had two very small and very tired children with us, after a long trip. the service was fanatstic, eventhough our room was not ready they went out of their way to find us a room on another floor that was clean. Excellent facilities and perfect for a nice family break. The 2 bed apartments are perfect for a family - pretty good size, well stocked up with all one may need. Service was great - very friendly staff and I'll surely be going back there.

  The Shore apartments are definitely good value for money. And the location on the beach is ideal. The staff was really nice. They checked us in earlier and on the day we left, they kept our luggage until late during the day, as our flight was at night.   The apartment was fantastic, plenty of room. The pool and water slides were a big thoroughly enjoyed by our family and we had a wonderful weekend. - Staff were lovely both at checkin/out and over the phone. Great value for money, great 1 bdrm apartment - large, clean and comfortable.

  Really enjoyed the Adult Lap Pool. Granny - children loved the other pools 3 and 6. Two complaints were readily taken care of within 12 hours - tin opener did not work and the seal on the oven kept coming off. Car parking available close to our accommodation. It made us feel so relaxed, comfortable and content that we had finally found the 'one' hotel that got it right for us! The one hotel that has been eluding us for so long.
