  I have just arrived home after a fantastic weekend catching up with friends while staying at De Ville Apartments, I would like to say a big thank you for making this weekend easy. The apartment we stayed in was perfect, clean, tidy and modern, everything was set out and explained well and the transactions over the phone and in person on Sunday wen... wat mensen zeggen » t smoothly. Everywhere we went the people were friendly and could not of done enough to help us. I would also like to make a special mention one of my - The size of the 2 bedroom apartments were very generous and they were well equipped. The view from the 20th Floor was amazing. We were so lucky to see so many whales while we were there. Also great pool and tennis courts for the kids. We will stay at the Deville whenever we go to the Gold Coast nw.

Two complaints were readily taken care of within 12 hours - tin opener did not work and the seal on the oven kept coming off. Car parking available close to our accommodation. Location is great, its close to the beach, all the shopping at Pacific fair, a great central local etc, and still close to the hussle and bussle of Surfers... Not to mention great for all the local Resturants, and Oasis Shopping Center... Kevin he made me feel welcome from the moment I checked and was great and really friendly, and he gave me the best service and I went back down to the lobby after I had a swim and just got to talk with him.
