  Absolute perfection. We stayed in the relaxation room for one night and could say it was the best stay of our little holiday. The staff were very professional, positive, helpful, efficient and definately went out of their way to provide world class service. Before I could even get to the boot of the car I was being assisted with luggage. Upon enter... wat mensen zeggen » ing the room our luggage was already there waiting for us. The location was brilliant and the facilities second to none. The vibe, view and ambience w - I am very impressed with the staff. All were extremely professional and friendly. To give credit, the reception staff Tamara, she was very helpful and proffesional. The concierge, Luke very interesting person and now the area very well. He was extremely helpful in making our 4 days program, that we enjoyed to the max. The rooms were very design full and everything in order. The executive room view was direct to the beach side.

  The staff were fantastic. I forgot my cuff links for a wedding, staff member Jessica was a life saver! She was more than helpfully in getting anything you can ask for. She knows her stuff and if she doesn't, she come back to you asap. I got my two nights at a very good price but it pays to book early because I had a mate that stayed in the same t... wat mensen zeggen » ype of room and payed upto 100 more a night. The pool bar drinks are very over price but you get that in a resort, but surprisingly the food isn't an - We got married here on the 22/11/2013. The venue was amazing. The staff where amazing, The food was amazing, The grounds are amazing..... Everything was just perfect. Thanks to everyone at the hotel who helped make our day so special.

  Loved the coffee shop and the bed... I have arthritis everywhere and sleeping on the bed was a dream. I've stayed at a lot of places on the gc and this was great. Resturants, coffee shop right at your fingertips. A great deal is the movie packages. We paid $25 for the duration of our stay (2 nights) and you get unlimited movies for that price. Lov... wat mensen zeggen » ed the decor and how it all felt. - Attention to detail in this hotel was incredible, even down to the gorgeous note paper in the rooms. The staff were articulate, beautifully groomed and nothing was any trouble. It was wonderful to see smiling staff who made you feel welcome from beginning to end.
