Nice quiet location away from the Surfers Paradise strip. Large, spacious, apartment. Gorgeous view. Clean and tidy. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable. Secure complex. Close to shops, restaurants, Harbour Town and theme parks. The grounds were very well maintained. Pools very clean. Friendly, welcoming, staff. The Welcome from the staff, the apartment was clean, large and luxurious, the pools were fantastic, the view was picture perfect, the security was reassuring. Very peaceful.

Nice apartment with good facilities. Location, facilities, scenery. beautiful relaxing place. A few minor maintenance issues. Push down plug in bath didn't work so we couldn't use the bath. A few blown globes needed replacing. Glass door in one shower had collapsed and collides with the fixed glass panel. We had no vacuum cleaner. Would be nice to be able to do a quick clean particularly as we had a 9 day stay. Really nothing major to complain about. Too short a stay. tiny amount of bath soap/wash no dish washing tablets not enough plates not enough bowls one power point was pushed in and loose, maybe dangerous i don't know if it was live double bed in second bedroom was two singles pushed together, not good for a couple. i did not stay long enough. Some of the furniture in the apartment was moe of a budget nature, but was comfortable and in reasonable condition. The beds were very hard !. No boat / trailer parking. Extra cost to leave boat in water for temporary stay. Could be some "kid" friendly activities (playground) or simular. Key didn't work for gym. No jugs or containers for water or juice; No microwave oven cooking containers;. Nothing. Checking in was a hassle for the lady who drives the red Audi. Couldnt get ride of us quick enough, told us this wasn't her job. Found it very rude as the first impression of the resort. Having to go downstairs for a cigarette was a bit annoying. Not a big smoker just like the occasional one. the plug didn't work in the bath. The dvd player didn't work The lamp didn't work.
