  From the very helpful manageress who stayed open several hours extra to see I got in alright, to the expansive car parking outside each unit. The key cards - two, one for power and the other to unlock the door. The quiet of the location - being the most northern away from Darwin. - The room that we stayed in was excellent. The location was perfect - a very pretty area, lovely view over the harbour and easy walking distance to shops, supermarkets, wharf precinct. There was a good travel shop with great staff in the foyer which made it very easy to arrange excursion and get information about what to do and how to get around.

  It was in a good position and easy to get to places we wanted to see.Our first time to Darwin and we loved it. The only drawback is that the accommodation is too expensive. - We found the staff very friendly & helpful and the facilities nice and clean. We also found the location very good for eating & viewing attractions around town

  Majority of staff were friendly and helpful. I requested a cot for my 6 month old daughter upon booking the room and it wast forgotten about (most hotels forget this). Valet parking was excellent and staff were available and helpful when i needed an extra hand to put pram and baby in the car. Very comfortable and felt welcome. We will return if we... wat mensen zeggen » ever go back to darwin for a holiday. - Reception made us feel very welcome and accommodated our afternoon flight with a 1pm check out. The bed was very comfortable. We also appreciated the cold water in our vehicle when we collected it each day. Loved the art in the foyer.

  We had 2 days in a unit with an excellent view of Stokes Hill wharf, and 1 day in a 'city view' room, which was significantly smaller, but still very acceptable. Only a 10 minute walk to the city centre, but there was a lot of facilities (tourism, eating) nearby. - The rooms were large and very clean. We reported the problem the next morning and it was fixed within a couple of hours.

  I loved the room and facilities. Our 2 bedroom apartment was very well equipped. I found staying in it very relaxing. The pool facilities at the hotel were great but we choose to walk across the road and use the pool at the Rydges resort as it was a bit more tropical and resort like! The staff were fantastic and very helpful at all times. Althoug... wat mensen zeggen » h we didn't end up using them the shuttle buses to the airport and Mindel Beach market were great. - Responded well to their error in the booking they accommodated my husband and son in the Rydges Resort when they gave away the hotel booking in error and found they had no vacancies in the hotel
