  I found all of the staff very friendly , welcoming and efficient. Special praise goes to Rob McKenzie and his reception staff - I thought they were all brilliantly helpful when answering all of my questions. I would certainly recommend the hotel to others. - Great location and great facilities. Free shuttle into town was very good.

  We liked the pool and the garden where we had breakfast. Also it is close to the promanade and the shops and restaurants - the staff were very friendly and helpful. The surroundings were lovely and the hotel itself was clean and comfortable.
