  The reception staff were particularly helpful. They were offering all kinds of help before we had even asked for it.This included making bookings for day trips , flights etc., and for caring for our luggage while we were away for a few days. The cleaning staff were equally helpful, making sure that we had everything that we would like to have. The... wat mensen zeggen » y made us feel very special and important. I loved the location, so close to our needs - shops, restaurants, market and local bus stops etc.. The pool - We enjoyed a self contained villa/suite. We were welcomed warmly by Steve and our room was changed to be nearer to our family coming in from the bush. The accommodation was great and well serviced. Being associated with nearby Matso's was a bonus. We could walk or catch the bus to town, the markets, the Museum and Cable Beach. We got the regular shuttle to the airport. Tracey and Kate looked after us in reception. We wish we could have had access to our room for a bit longer - till 12 pm on the

  We booked a standard room but were upgraded to a spa room because we had about a 15 minute wait booking in due to a couple of slow elderly customers in front of us. It was nice of the hotel to do that even tho the delay was not the receptionists fault as she patiently dealt with the other customers. Spa was excellent, room layout and inclusions ex... wat mensen zeggen » cellent. Bed was very comfortable. Best motel we have stayed at so far on our round Australia trip. Reception staff very helpful. - The location - the IGA (grocer), bottle shop, Broome Museum, local bus stop and a souvenier shop are just across the street. The town beach and a cafe are a 5 min walk away and has a children's playground, wet and dry. A leisurely walk to town takes about 25 min. Two fantastic pools, onsite restaurant and plenty of parking and importantly, there are lifts!

  Staff were very friendly, helpful & very welcoming. My friend and I had booked separately - on arrival, staff offered to move me to a closer room. When I found the air-con out of order in that room, they happily moved me again. Very impressed! - Great staff and facilities, room was cleaned daily and was a nice size for the two people staying.... wat mensen zeggen » The location is great, about 1km from Cable beach and the town bus from right outside the hotel is great for those without a car.

  Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Room was well appointed. We stayed in the same room for two nights and then eight nights separated by a 12 day Kimberley camping Safari. Our excess luggage was stored for us by Broome Time Lodge. Handy breakfast packs and meal packs available from Reception.
