  We arrived late after an extremely long journey from the uk and were immediately greeted warmly. We were told all about our room. The bed was extremely comfortable and we slept well. The bath/wetroom was absolutely ideal for my wife who is disabled. It was quiet even though it was close to the breakfast room. We were allowed a later check out and actually allowed to stay on pr - Great location, easy to find. Foyer looked inviting, bowl of apples a +. Comfortable/convenience/unexpected extras (eg laundry, 3 TV's, large fridge). Cleanliness throughout the apartment. Loved the complimentary breakfast with very friendly & helpful staff. Friendly/family atmosphere. Comfortable beds, quiet night. Security in lift ... can only be used by guests (would not operate without pass). Secure & free Parking.   Room was good size and bathroom nice and clean. It was quiet and handy to where we wanted to go. Magazines to read were a nice touch. Breakfasts were well priced. Staff very friendly and helpful, even leant us an umbrella when it was raining. - Absolutely loved it and have already booked again. The staff were lovely, the room spacious, clean and ... wat mensen zeggen » so so comfortable. Great location too ! This one will defintley be our 'Brisbane' home on our visits from Perth. Totally recommend 10/10.

  I loved it all, the room was perfect, clean, had everything provided for a our stay. Staff were brilliant. One day we were leaving to go down town, and it was just starting to rain. We were immediately given an umbrella by the helpful staff behind the desk. Any questions that we had, were answered without any problems. - Staff were extremely help... wat mensen zeggen » ful. We arrived from uk early in morning & they got our apartment ready very quickly for us. Helped me with printing and faxing as we were emigrating. Nothing was too much & always smiling. Apartment was comfortable & clean, very well equipped. Free loop bus down to cbd was great.
