  Hotel is in a central position, staff were welcoming and friendly from check in. Food and service in the restaurant were excellent. Rooms whilst on the small side are simply decorated, all the essentials of bar fridge, tea & coffee included, plus a microwave oven. Property has a pool on top level, which we hope to use next visit.......excel... wat mensen zeggen » lent value! - I had a very comfortable suite, plenty of space, big bed with good mattress, fine cotton bedlinen; the bathroom was unusually large with walk-in shower. Real coffee with plunger in the kitchen area was a nice touch. Very helpful staff showed me the quick way to Central so I didn't have to cope with the hills from the city centre.

She was brilliant - I'm female in my 40s - so I liked seeing women my age behind the desk ... Good to see !   I loved it all, the room was perfect, clean, had everything provided for a our stay. Staff were brilliant. One day we were leaving to go down town, and it was just starting to rain. We were immediately given an umbrella by the helpful staff behind the desk. Any questions that we had, were answered without any problems. - Staff were extremely help... wat mensen zeggen » ful. We arrived from uk early in morning & they got our apartment ready very quickly for us. Helped me with printing and faxing as we were emigrating. Nothing was too much & always smiling. Apartment was comfortable & clean, very well equipped. Free loop bus down to cbd was great.
