  Staff was very friendly, efficient and helpful. It was very comfortable and, given the location, surprisingly quiet. The breakfast was excellent. We will stay there again. - Ashleigh from the Bistro was amazing , her level of customer service was brilliant , she made our dining experience very special with her extra effort , gr8 staff member.

  We stayed in the hotel as we had been evacuated from the lower mountains bacause of a fire in our vicinity. We liked the ambience,and the deco of the hotel and rooms. We obtained a special price which resulted in excellent value for money. We liked the close proximity to the cricketers arms hotel where we enjoyed a good well priced meal and great ... wat mensen zeggen » entertainment. If we can get a similar deal we would definately stay there again. - The décor, the food from the restaurant, the comfortable beds, lovely pool, helpful and friendly staff.
