Delighted to find that it remained open until around midnight as I had been delayed by my train travel from Melbourne and didn't arrive until 11:15pm. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room very spacious with everything I needed to make my all-too-short stay very comfortable. Location close to the train/coach station as well as the town was very convenient - very short walk. Great big shower head where usually you would find one of the mean, narrow sprays.Very nice clean, modern linen & decor. It's right in the middle of town so we were able to walk everywhere.

Free internet. Attention to detail towards travellers needs is what makes this motel affordable. Quiet location even though situated on main road.Entrance/exit at both ends of premises. Lovely comfortable bed, toaster and mugs provided. LOVED having mugs and not cups! Lovely hot shower and very budget friendly. Would definitely stay there again. I the middle of Town ,clean ,up to date even with WFi ,just perfect for an over night stay or for a week ,we would be very happy to stay longer . I have stayed Econo Lodge a number of times. I find the rooms well appointed, clean and comfortable. Good value for money. It was clean and tidy and very central to all facilities. Suited our needs and what we expected for the price. Personally a great budget friendly place for a 1 night stopover. Thankfully the electric blankets worked... very spacious room, clean, quiet location, allows pets. staff were polite and helpful and great price. Handy parallel parking. Plenty of space in room. Bed was comfortable and wireless signal was very good. There was nothing that I didn't like. Being next door to a smoker who sat in her doorway puffing away. No problems. Couldn't see from highway. Entrance is recessed. My only minor dislike ,was the set up of the bathroom kitchen ,as the Fridge was hard to open as it should be hunge on the left hand side ,and the wash bowl wasn't deep enogh to put the kettle in properly without making a mess and there were no breakfast bowls for our ceral that were brought ,but I would still give it 99 out of a 100 . The heater didn't heat the room. They are old and I guess don't work as well when it is very cold outside. Poor sliding door in bathroom. 1. Mattress went down in the middle. Nothing. Heater quite loud. TV was a little small. neighbour's visitor parking outside our room , taking up my space and causing me to use someone els's space. Nothing. Nothing to dislike!. we were in room 8 I feel the couch should have been on the wall were the parcel rack was and the parcel rack should have been on the other side.You could move the bed over to the left a little to accommodate this. you can't sit 2 people on the couch to watch TV were it is. There was no isue with not liking the motel. Nothing. nothing. fridge in the bathroom. TV reception on some channels were bad You should upgrade the locks on the doors ( Not very secure ) Supply pens for menu's. ( Not everyone carries pens ). Outdoor patio table needed an umbrella for shade.
