  Anna was very friendly. she made me feel part of her family. She let me sit upstairs in the lounge even though I checked out waiting for my daughter. I felt very comfortable there, and it was very warm and friendly. I will definitely recommend it, and I would stay there again.. Thanks for letting me have a good experience, - Staff were excellen... wat mensen zeggen » t and most accommodating, very close to the city centre, but you do have a bit of a steep walk up the hill on the way back to the hotel. Breakfast is typical European with cereal, pastries, and sweet breads, plus tea/coffee. Would recommend as we stayed here before and after the boat trip..
