  The staff in this hotel are great - couldn't be more helpful. I arrived early but was immediately granted access to my room - 3 hours early. Helpful on booking trips, remembered my name - really great. The breakfast was huge and much better than other breakfasts I have had in other hotels. The bed linen was soft and the bed comfy. All in all fanta... wat mensen zeggen » stic value and I wont hesitate to stay again! - We stayed in one of the suites with our own whirlpool and it was fantastic! After 7 weeks of backpacking (in Hostels) around southamerica we felt like royalty here!!!

  prima - The hotel was nice and convenient. The exchange rate at the hotel was fair. We did have an episode when picked up at the airport. The driver that the hotel arranged for us dropped us off at the wrong hotel after we made it clear to him where we were going. Another driver was suppose to pick us up but after 45 minutes we caught a taxi. The... wat mensen zeggen » service at the europlaza was good otherwise and the staff helpful. - Guys at reception were fantastic and gave us lots of helpful advice. Room was very comfortable and clean. Bathroom was great. Location was superb, and a great spot to walk to all the sights and shopping. Organised an airport transfer which was excellent and waiting or us. (Despite having to give a change of airports at late notice!!) Great value for money.
