  Zeer weinig, er was een en al ellende over een via LetsBookHotel.com gewijzigde reservering. We zijn hier 2 keer mee lastig gevallen en hebben hierdoor een bijzonder onplezierige tijd gehad tijdens ons verblijf in El Calafate - The staff at the hotel were fantastic. Could not ask for friendlierpeople.   We loved this place!! The good at the restaurant was excellent, nice to have scrambled eggs for breakfast too for a change. Beds were so comfy, clean rooms, hot showers.. Nice view of the ranch and also loved the lounging area. Walk to town was about 15 to 20 minutes.

  We stayed at Hosteria Robles Sur for 3 nights mid October 2013. The accomodations were very nice with clean linens and amiable service. El Calafate this time of year was very cold and windy but the nice surprise at Robles Sur was that the floors seemed heated, even in the bathroom!   The room and the hosteria were nice and clean. The hosteria is located 15 minutes walk from the city center, but honestly it is not an issue and in terms of landscape, it is much better to be a little bit outside of the center of el calafate, that is packed with shops and other tourist staff not really worth spending the night close to. We really had a wonderful time. - Definitely our favorite place we had stayed after a month in South America. Other reviews complain about its location. We didn't think the walk was bad. The place's charm and Adriana's hospitality easily outweigh any concerns about the location anyways. Super comfortable room and legitimately hot shower at all times. Adriana's homemade treats were the star of the show though. I highly recommend staying here.
