  The owners are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was slightly better than we are used to in Argentina. There are nine rooms around a small central garden. The garden provides for an excellent location to read a book or enjoy the sun. The rooms are cosy and clean (not large). Good value for money. Definitely one of the best hostals I know. Heard the hostal's owners will soon take over Hosteria Schilling in the same town ('replacing' Amancay)

  Very nice location with spectacular view of the Lago. Simple but very comfortable and spacious rooms with floor heating and big panoramic windows. Stayed 2 nights and loved it. We followed his tips for tourist agencies and did not regret it. - Spacious cabanas. Ours was free standing and had lots of privacy. Nice view of lago from bedroom balcony and lovely roses in the compound. English speaking staff.
