  what a beautiful house! I stayed there for 2 days with my wife. The owner Soon is very nice and helpful. She helped us to organize a day trip to Glacier,mini ice trekking is recommended. Owners were very friendly & helpful. Their daughter was also very Good with English & booked our tours made lunches and got us to the airport with ease. Grounds were pretty & immaculate

  We are a couple from Mexico in our fisrt trip to Calafate. We found Hosteria Meulen wonderful and clean. Hostesses were very nice and always worried about our satisfaction.   Accommodation was more than adequate. We were sharing with daughter and son-in-law and we were pleased with the space and equipment (except kitchen equipment - see below). Having breakfast delivered daily at or about the time specified was a real bonus. Staff speaks very little English but helped me with many things with my broken Spanish ( did a great job with laundry and reasonably priced, taxi in the morning, booking me for another day, holding my suitcase while I travelled elsewhere for a night.

  Very much liked the hospitality of Analia and Adrian who were supporting us in organizing and recommending trips around El Calafate. Very friendly and lovely people! The breakfast was really good and served individually and was rich on coffee, juice, bread, ... The staff there were wonderful and extremely helpful, even packing our breakfast to go each morning because we were going on early tours. Highly recommend this hotel.

The breakfast was great and included cheese and ham (the only time in a month for us in Argentina). It was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the bath was great.

  Perfect hotel. We will go there again if we visit El Calafate. The hotel owners were very friendly. The man drove us to and back the city centre for free (free hotel service!). The wife cooked for us whatever we wanted. And it tasted very good. Ask her lamb stew with patato's. Myriam indeed cooks great, we stayed for the dinner at the hotel and had very good steaks. Location is remote, but the owner kindly suggests round trip to the city centre if needed.
