  The hotel surprised me in a positive way. One day before our arrival, I received an email from the staff asking what time we would arrive and placing himself at the disposal. We arrived late at night but the front desk was very attentive. The rooms are enormous and decorated with elegance.   This is our 3rd time staying at this hotel. So convenient not only because of the location but the apartments themselves are large and comfortable. The staff always very helpful and the free breakfast is great.My only complaint about this hotel would be that the rooms definitely need to be updated.   This is hostel/hotel, but with the hotel room you wouldn't feel like you were in a hostel. Hotel rooms are all en suite and very spacious and clean with aircon and the best hot powerful shower! Near to the main city centre, just a few stops away on the train line. Palermo is a good 30 mins by taxi away - I liked very much the hostel, the rooms are clean, people are very nice, the recepcionists are adorable. I'm brazilian and stayed for four days, went alone to buenos aires and was amazing. The hostel is close to other neighborhoods known like palermo retiro and recoleta. I recommend!
