Staff were really helpful in printing off boarding passes for us. Breakfast was minimal but enjoyable because there were no time constraints.   The hotel surprised me in a positive way. One day before our arrival, I received an email from the staff asking what time we would arrive and placing himself at the disposal. We arrived late at night but the front desk was very attentive. The rooms are enormous and decorated with elegance. Near to the main city centre, just a few stops away on the train line. Palermo is a good 30 mins by taxi away - I liked very much the hostel, the rooms are clean, people are very nice, the recepcionists are adorable. I'm brazilian and stayed for four days, went alone to buenos aires and was amazing. The hostel is close to other neighborhoods known like palermo retiro and recoleta. I recommend!

  The staff were outstanding. They were very friendly, helpful, and greeted us as we arrived and left. They were completely bi-lingual (English/Spanish). The room was clean and neat every time we returned from exploring the city. Buenos Aires is a gem with so many interesting places to visit and kind, helpful people - Staff at the hotel were very helpful, friendly, respectful and very pleasant.
