  Our room, number 5, was very confortable and spacious. Large closet. The staff is helpful and efficient. A relative came to visit, we stayed in the sofa in the groud floor for a couple of hours and they offered us some coffee (free!). The neighbourhood is great, and the street is not noisy. - Good location, friendly welcome. Efficient front desk

  Stayed here for four nights and liked this French run hotel. there was a mini bar and a safe with large flat screen cable TV. Loved the friendly efficient and knowledgable staff. We were made to feel very welcome and the hotel has a family feel about it which we enjoyed. Location is very good for the restaurants in Palermo and about 20 minutes walk in a safe area to the nearest metro station. - - The owner (Frederic) is a very pleasant enthousiastic guy and he gives very good advices on places to go to - The hotel has by far the best finishing in construction and decoration we have seen in Argentina, something which is far from obvious in Argentina - the hotel is located in Palermo Hollywood; to our opinion even better than Palermo Soho: lots of nice restaurants and bars

  Once we moved to Hotel Suites and Lofts 1 (the loft-one of the twohotels), the staff was very helpful, the hotel very clean and the valuefor money good. Especially the staff needs mentioning here. However,this does not apply to Hollywood Suites and Lofts 2 (the suites-tower)!!!!
