We used the Ilum as our base and travelled to other destinations returning to the Ilum each time. The hotel has 12 rooms, they're very spacious, comfortable and clean, breakfast was lovely.   Prachtige lofts en erg ruim. Gelegen in Palermo Hollywood met in de nabije omgeving erg veel leuke en lekkere restaurants. De mensen bij de receptie spreken prima Engels en hebben ons van goede tips voorzien. Zeker een aanrader om een paar dagen te verblijven !!! - Loft is erg mooi, goed bed, goede douche, volop ruimte. Midden in de wijk Palermo,... wat mensen zeggen » leuk om s avonds een hapje te gaan eten. Personeel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

  Once we moved to Hotel Suites and Lofts 1 (the loft-one of the twohotels), the staff was very helpful, the hotel very clean and the valuefor money good. Especially the staff needs mentioning here. However,this does not apply to Hollywood Suites and Lofts 2 (the suites-tower)!!!!

  Het personeel was uitstekend en behulpzaam, erg grote kamers, perfect zwembad, locatie super, ontbijt erg goed. - The staff were definitely the best part of the hotel. All of them were extremely friendly and helpful and made my stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. My room was large, the bed was comfortable, and the hotel was lovely. So... wat mensen zeggen » meone was at reception 24 hours a day and could see anyone who came in, which helped me feel safe. Breakfast was good, and the food at the restaurant was delicious, if a little expensive. - The convenience of the local area, shops, banks and vicinity of being able to go anywhere, taxi, train, bus or walk. Staff were very helpful, friendly and helped with being bilingual. We stayed for 7 nights in total & our first trip to Argentina was highlighted by this accommodation. Meals/ Breakfast yum!
