We had a beachside room - amazing view, literally on the beach. Cleanest beach we have found in Vietnam. Staff were friendly and helpful. -

The hotel met my needs completely. The staff were polite and
professional. The food was excellent as were the portions sizes. The
beach and sea were clean. Mr Thao from the bar and Ms Thao from the
restaurent were great staff, who looked after my me and my young son

I think staff in Philippines are in general speaks better English and more friendly, however the food and the nature is Vietnam is unbeatable.

Good location, right on the shore. If you go out for dinner, it takes
just 2-7 minutes to walk to the right hand side (small bars and
restaurants) or to the left hand side (bars, restaurants, night market
with lots of food and souvenirs). Stuff is friendly but they do not pay

It occupies a place in a beautiful peaceful lagoon where the sea is always calm. The territory is a beautiful tropical garden. The rooms are comfortable but check if they have new aircon split systems. There are some old ones which are almost falling apart and make such noise you can't sleep. I had yo ask to change for another room because of the airconditioner. The staff is extremely helpful. Very few of them speak English and it is difficult to communicate any issue to them, but when they do

Location to town and restaurants, the room good size, comfortable bed, very clean, good staff though English not always that good. Lovely little beach with umbrellas and good size pool. Tea & coffee making, fridge very good amenities. Cheap massage and spa. Free shuttle to the airport. Had a fantastic stay here. -

The staff was very friendly and really tried to do their best to make our stay worthwhile.
The resort itself is really stunning and we enjoyed ever minute.
The bubngalow we stayed in was really nice, I simply loooved the bathroom and the room itself with the little terrace facing the sea and beach!! Awesome!

The hotel is a member of Berjaya Group, which is one of my favorites as last year they removed shark fin soup from the menus of all their properties.
The architecture was awesome, both interior and exterior to every detail.
Staff were mainly expats from the Philippines, that made communication in English super easy.
