The Hotel had only opened the week before our visit. Their system had a few issues and I booking did not show up [lucky i always carry a hard copy] The were very apologetic and our room was wonderful, overlooking the river from the 20th floor with floor to ceiling windows.
The staff were fantastic...their english is getting better but I'd suggest

It was a great hotel. The pictures on the website compliment the physical place, unlike other hotels. Love the stay and the staff, they were helpful and pleasant. Great value for money. The executive lounge was a great place to connect with friends and was reasonably priced. Love the overall services, food and facilities. Definitely will visit the Hotel again.

The staff were very friendly.They went out of their way to assist in directions information.etc.

This was our treat for the last two nights of our holiday. We booked the Oriental Suite overlooking the Opera House. A very sound sleep i have got there. Spacious room, modern clean equiments and friendly staffs. I really enjoyed a relaxing night in this boutique residence. Recommend everybody spending your time here in Saigon. -
