  The staff were all very professional, not just friendly and helpful. One feels very secure, in the event that you may need local help on any subject. I have never seen such a child friendly hotel. Children and parents are catered for brilliantly, yet it is also a perfectly suitable business meeting venue, which was the purpose of my trip. The complex also has a huge, clean swimming pool which we enjoyed as often as possible. The inhouse travel agent arranged some amazing day trips for us on the Mekong.

  I needed a room facing to a certain direction due to my work (Testing TV signal) like all of the rooms facing that direction were two dorms they gave me one of them for the same price of my booking (one dorm).
