The price, the location and the friendly staff. They went out of their way to accommodate as when we wanted to move from a downstairs room to an upstairs room and when that room's air conditioner was not working they quickly gave us another room with no problem. The staff was very nice and attentive. They gave us a room as soon as it was available. The hotel was clean and comfortable. It was the second time I stayed at this hotel and I enjoyed my time there very much.
tous commentaires » The front desk clerk was very accomodating to all of my requests; including adding an extra room to my reservation at the last minute. Stay in a suite. It's very large and separate from other rooms. Other guests were very friendly and staff was very nice. Hotel is very good if you try find just place where sleep. Five minutes walk to best bar :D Peacufully hotel. Check in and Check out was easy. Good Price. Rooms were clean. Close to the beach, shopping, eating. The room was clean and spacious. Everything was just right. The employees are nice. the location,walking distance to the beach area. I liked the location and the size of the room. the room was clean. The rooms were clean but the carpet in the hallways needed a good cleaning. I understand it is the beach and everybody is wet and sandy but that what was very, very dirty. I have no negative things to say about this hotel. Not enough parking and walls are very thin. Breakfast... only coffee, orange juice and donuts. House Keeping kept knocking on my door even though I had the do not disturb sign hanging on the door knob. I came back late and I had to park in the grass. Breakfast ends early and didn't have a lot of options. The hotel smelled of cigarette smoke and their free breakfast consisted of Little Debbie's donuts and coffee. N/A. It had an old smell otherwise it was good. I did not like how early the maids tried to clean our rooms. Due to this fact we only got our room cleaned one time out of our 6 night stay. one roach on the wall when we got up sunday morning. Wanted a diff room with the sink next to RR. For the price of the stay ,there should be a huge selection for continental breakfast also there was a roach in our room. Overall it wasnt very clean and the breakfast wasnt what you would expect. the picture of the room on the internet looked bigger, the "continental breakfast" consisted of mini powdered donuts, coffee and O.J., the shampoo provided was a one use only, had to request extra towel for pool, the beds squeaked and was very uncomfortable. The staff was rude and didn't explain much to me at all. The breakfast was pathetic! Really disappointing. The rooms were okay. I guess fine for the amount of money but the beds and pillows weren't soft or nice at all. They announce breakfast, and they had small pwdered donughts and small choclate covered donughts, that you get out of the vending machine that they had there, coffe and sunny delight, not even real orange juice, they shouldn't advertise breakfast.
