The apartment was good,it is everything that you need for sleep, make some food and take a shower. the location is not bad, the train and the bus is near. if you are in the city after the check out time, they can keep your luggage in their office and they work 24hrs!!! and that's great
It isn't look good on the outside. . In two days the internet never was fix, and they didn't have very clear what happened with that. They don't have information about the city or maps for you.
Our stay at the UN Apartments was fine except for some factors though, which I have indicated below.
We arrived at the place where no one met us and we did not know what to do. Though I was able to call using the intercom, I was advised to call another phone number, that's when we got accommodated. This should however be indicated in the email. Also, it was indicated to the email that we could settle our payment upon check out. We would have wanted to pay either in cash or using another credit card, but it was credited to the credit card I used upon reservation without notifying me.
Very close to the UN
price not justified by what is being provided. Was not able to access room when arriving early morning from airport, Had to stay in the cold for almost hlf an hour while staff tried to sor out impossibility for the access code to the roomto work. Cupboard had few hangers, no proper place to hang clothes and the cupboad was mostl taken up by supplied to cean tha entrire UN apartments. No phone in the room, no internet access in the room in contrast to what was promised on-line.
Place is very run-down, no designer kitchen,bathroom is old, most lights didn't work, no towel racks, no ironing boards,no hair dryers, needed to buy batteries fot the tv remote,bed comforter badly stained, scary place. Unless you can pay less than $50.00/NGT GO ELSEWHERE
Good location. Reasonably cosy and one good bed.
Very dirty bathroom. Lousy service. Had booked the room for a family of four and found only one bed with bed linen. The sleeping couch had no linen and though we were promised that bed linen would be provided nothing happened. Consequently my children had to sleep without linen for two nights. Not possible to talk to the manager - communication only through intercom and the code to the door is given to you on the doorstep which means anyone can hear the code, not very sercure. Anyone could enter
Stay away, dirty, old, pictures do not show actual conditions.
