Loved the place. Everything was great - staff, location, comfort. Everything!! I rated value of money good b/c it was my fault - waited to the last minute to purchase hotel and I saw it was for less when I checked 2 weeks prior to purchasing. That's all Nothing bad.

The staff was very friendly. They suggested wonderful restaurants within walking distance of the hotel.

The location, staff, and the room were all great! The room was very large and on the top floor. Had a great view of Canal St. We were able to walk to and from the hotel with no problems.

The elevators were very small and dated (but the hotel is renovating, so I believe this will be better in the future).

Had no idea we would have a suite. Wonderful surprise. Loved the location too. Had very noisy party next door and phoned desk. It was quiet from then on. Wonderful response.

The room had the best bed. Was just like home. Clean, quite, loved the 10 floor close to pool. Heated salt water pool. Felt safe. Had to use room card to get to the floor you needed. Parked in handicap parking right at elevator. Did not have to use stairs. Bellhops to handle bags.

Small mix up on room , when we got there, had to wait for new room to be cleaned took over 2 hours to get checked into room.

Our room was huge with a separate living and sleeping area. The bed was very comfortable. The location is great!

Great location for enjoying the French quarter yet getting some sleep. East side of the French Quarter, one block from Bourbon St. Easy access to the city streetcar system. Busy staff try very hard to service the guests and succeed if you are patient. Lots of art and antique shops down Royal St. from hotel.

Not a complaint, but be aware, there is a minimal lobby. This is an economical hotel in the quarter with good rooms and parking ($30/day). There are no frills. Frenchman's St. with quieter jazz venues is 12 blocks away across quarter.

Room was available much earlier than expected and the view was great. Staff were very helpful.

Carpet was a little tired. Parking was vey expensive. It was expensive, other guests were paying less than us. A fridge would have been nice.

The tv was awkward and cumbersome to get to television channels. The elevators were slow and the cold drink machine had been broke sine the 26th and was still down when we checked out.

It was a great location that allowed my family and I to park and walk the entire Frence Quarter...

The location was central to many things we enjoyed - shopping, eating, and site-seeing. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. The room was soundproof; it eliminated much of the noise from the street and other rooms.

The bathroom was a bit small. For example the sink area had too little space for toiletries.

The staff was awesome, the rooms are very clean and spacious..this will be my new staying place while visiting New Orleans.

Trying to recieve new towels was very hard to get but after a 5th attempt I recieved them.. that should change..

If you get a room on the 19 - 20 floor you have to get off on the 18 floor to switch elevators. Do lose your key or you can't use the elevator.

Draining system. No heated pool. Wall were thin. Elevator very noisy!!! I paid for two rooms and spent $850. One room was out of tolite paper for two days. My granddaughter ask the maid for some and she told her that they were out!

we liked that we could park at the hotel. also the help we got with our luggage by Sean was outstanding. Terrance made sure our "stay and cruise" was set up correctly. we will stay there again and will send friends.

Since there was no room at the time of arrival--we left luggage and when we returned we were given a first class room at our regular room price. this made up for any inconvenience of room not available at time of arrival. Would stay there again. Love the location of the hotel. had stayed there many times when it was Holiday Inn. Woulld definitely stay there again.

Cleaning staff did a poor job cleaning our room No room to use weights in the tiny workout room. Whole facility is dated and needs to be upgraded Way,way over priced for what you get.

The rooms seemed old and run down. We were put in the room right off the elevator and had to listen to the whine of the elevator all of the time we were in our room. We chose a Wyngham property because others have been so nice and we found this one not up to the standards of the others.

The hotel has a great situation in the busy Latin Quarter. The staff are friendly and courteous. While the hotel shows signs of ageing, the bedroom itself was in good shape. The bathroom a bit less so.

The hotel is need of renovation. It seems that this is not news to the new owners who plan a systematic renovation of the entire building. Prices are high for what you get, but this may be a general feature of the popular Latin Quarter.

The fact that the toliet did not worked; got moved to a smaller room; was over charged a day; I had already paid for a night to hold the reservation but still got charge for the whole price;

The location and the staff was friendly.

The bathroom had no counter space and was in poor condition. There was a big hole in the wall where the toilet paper holder was falling out and the tub looked old. Also, there was no fridge in the room. And finally, of the 5 nights we were there our room only got a good cleaning one time. They would just make the bed and throw a couple of towels in there. No hand towels or wash cloths, no soap and they would leave the trash!

Beds were really comfy, rooms are very sound proof. Like the security of no one being able to access floors unless they have a room key.

House keeping was horrible, hair in bed that wasn't ours we had just checked in. Had to request our room to be cleaned on 3 different days. One day housekeeping took all our towels and didn't leave any clean towels for replacement, and on last day had to relocate due to some kind of water problem. Rooms are run done and need to be updated. Pool water to warm.
