The staff was very friendly and helped to celebrate our anniversary by providing a bottle of champagne. Everybody was very nice to us.

There was nothing that was negative about our stay. Very nice hotel!!!!

Because of weather I had to stay an extra day I had to pay a higher rate than my previous days stay. Considering that I had been there for a few days I think accomidations could have been made concerning the rate. Also the hotel does not have parking except for Valiet. This should have been clearly stated it might have affected my decision in picking this hotel

The bed in our room was like a torture rack. Seriously was in pain from sleeping on it.

No onsite parking except valet. If you guests are already paying to stay, your hotel should cover parking.

The lobby was very modern and clean. The front desk staff were all courteous and friendly.

The beds were very uncomfortable. On-Site Valet parking was expensive but fast. The late night domestic incident across the hall didn't help get a good nights sleep either.

Rooms were very comfortable and staff friendly. Hotel location good for city centre.

Hotel is surrounded by busy roads. Rooms were noisy because of air conditioning units buzzing all the time. Disappointed room wasn't made up by the time we returned at 2pm.
