Close to bus link, nice staff, fridge in the room.
Not sure if the cleaning staff actually did work there, it does get a little noisy during the night, (but only because it's on route to the children's hospital).

Location was very good close to underground. Bus stop outside motel a lot of shops around motel. Rooms very spacious air con/heating very good. Travellers can get underground train to union station from there get a bus to airport a lot cheaper. Safe area to stay in.
Far away from int airport do not get taxi will cost way too much $80 one way. No breakfast included shower pressure weak.
I liked that there was satellite TV, with more than just a handful of channels, there was a refrigerator in my room, with complimentary water. Economy Inn Hollywood also provided free WiFi.
I could have used a rod to hang my clothes, or a hook on the bathroom door to hang my toiletry bag. I also like to have an alarm clock by the bed.

Non smoking room had previous smokers. Staff gave us can of frebreeze and that worked
Rooms very clean. Nice friendly management and staff. Grounds were clean. Noisy neighbors sounded like Church in stereo morning and night (until 9ish) and in Spanish lol. Doors and windows closed noise was no problem. If your just looking for a clean friendly inexpensive room this place is a bargain.
The motel is way better than the others around, at least from the outside. Clean and comfort room. Lot of cafes and food stores just in a few steps.
a bit far from everywhere, but you can't stay in LA without a car anyway.
everything was perfect. when I booked the hotel I asked for a room on the second floor and when I arrived they gave it to me.

This motel is in a very poor part of Hollywood. We made sure we were in our room before dark. When we went out to get something to eat we were asked several times by beggars for money and there were people sleeping rough on the streets. Hollywood disappointing. Hassled all the time for tours and money. Stars walk in particular

Clean. Had a refrig - without a freezer section. Close restaurants, Walgreens and 99 cent store. Helpful on additional parking, but I had to ask.
No Parking!!! This was not on the site. Had I known this, I would've selected another place. Minimal towels and wimpy pillows. Not the best area.

Staff was friendly. The room was well set everyday and clean. Very close to every attaction in LA(anyway you can not look around without a car in LA). If this Hotel had a microwave, there would not be better place around Hollywood area comparing the prices.
I had no idea about LA. I guessed The Hollywood would be good area to stay a week for vacation because of its popularity. But i was wrong. If you have a car or plan to rent, get a room not downtown, K-town or Hollywood but around Santa Monica. There are no cheap hotels in LA. Give up prices, get much busy, fun, cozy and safe area. Hollywood is not safe area at all.
The location in Hollywood isn't bad. Especially if you know your way around. The shower had awesome pressure.
The woman who works in the office is EXTREMELY rude. She has zero personality and talks down to you. The room was less than clean. Dried blood in the room and bathroom. Two boogers smeared on the walls.
Nothing. Honestly there are a half dozen hotels within a half mile and any of them would be better than this dump. After we left this place we got a room that was much nicer and included breakfast at the Hollywood Stars Inn a block away for 1/3 less money. Cleaner, bigger, nicer, better value and the staff was very friendly.
Stained bed spread, hotel policies that we were not made aware of and after we were charged extra management points to a sign that is mostly covered up that explains it, the staff was full of "no can do" attitude.
