The reception guy was really friendly and gave us some good recommendations about what to see, where to eat and how to get around. The hotel is in LA Downtown which is home to LA Clippers (basketball team) and lots of restaurants nearby. The breakfast was ok. (toast, cereal, tea and coffee) Car park is free and looked safe. Short drive away from Wilshire road and Beverly Hills.

Internet was extremely slow, almost impossible to use. Hotel got a bit noisy at night, with a few young people returning from their drunken night out.

perfect and very budgetfriedely stay to visit staples center. hotel is a bit old but the value for money in this location is ok. had a table and chair in front of the room to sit outside. the guy in the office was very friendly.

The staff was very courteous and helpful, and as a handicap person, was able to park just outside of my door

while I was in a no smoking room, guests were smoking just outside my window, might as well been a smoking room' guest were up late and talking outside of window, going in and out of their room slamming door until early morning hours.

I liked that it has breakfast and that they let me leaving the bags.there after.check.out while I go.on A.day tour.

Location, location, location. It is centrally located to anywhere you want to go in the la area. Sheets seemed clean.

There's a hidden vat tax at letsbookhotel.com, so the total you see after booking is not the total you pay. Everything is old and needs updating. The bathroom smelled like stale urine. It smelled like the bathrooms in third world countries. Paint chipping off the walls. Mold in shower area.

Ish and Ifa were very, very supportive and kind. My deep thanks to them. Room is spacious. Location is good. Price is convenient.

Facilities are poorly maintained. Room cleanliness lacked. In-room wifi needs to improve. TV channels could be better.

Great location, close to subway station.

Staff were really unfriendly. The refrigerator was smelling like hell. In every corner of the room there were pesticidal agents placed. Very poor wifi signal (often not working at all in the evening).

the situation

the room was very dirty, we slept with cockroachs (cafards pour les francophones) !! The breakfast proposed : industrial white toasts and apple Jelly, powder orange juice. You'd better try to find a room in Hollywood than in L.A. downtown which is dirty, not that beautiful and easy to reach by car or bus.

The location, price and staff were all good

This hotel is very tired, the decor is dreadful. The rooms are not at all comfortable and not very clean, as a result, it smells very musty and it's not a nice place to spend any time. If you are a very budget concious traveller and don't mind taking a shower in an unclean bathroom then it's an ok place

i guess you get what you pay for. i did not find it disappointing as was rated when i booked. the bed was comfortable.

having to pay for the whole stay on the very first night was a negative. room not being cleaned daily and bed linen not changed for the duration of my stay. on the whole, it served its purpose as a lastminute economy accommodation. as a budget accommodation i would recommend it. for a family holiday use i would not and would not take my family there.

Staff, a young gentleman was very helpful and co-operative

Stayed in 4 hotels in this 11 days vacation and this is the worst one compared to other hotels. Poor sanitation, dirty floor, cockroaches, lights in bedroom was dark and table lamp was there but broken, provided used soap in the bathroom.

Umazana soba, smrad v sobi, se hujsi smrad v kopalnici. Iz ventilatorjev stropa v kopalnici pihal smrdljiv prah, wc skoljka polna iztrebkov,...... Edina priblizno pozitivna stvar je lokacija hotela. Od vstopa v recepcijo, kaj sele v sobo, pa ena velika katastrofa!!!!
