I am sure by accident and it happens the fire alarm on our first night kept going off.

Wife noticed fragrance that was a too obvious a cover-up, possibly someone had smoked in our no smoking room.

Water not hot. Overcharged at checkout. Not given the rate that I had been given when I booked the room. After showing my email confirmation, taht showed the rate, I was credited the overage on my credit cad.

The staff was less than friendly. At no time, at check-in, during my stay or check-out did the staff welcome me or thank me for staying w/ Days Inn. When handed an iron & board, the iron was handed over with the cord dropping to the floor.
Room door hard to close. Some equipment in Fitness Room did not work. Coffee pot had coffee stains. Stairways had unfriendly smell. Paint pealing off the inside of the bathroom door.
leaky shower, tub had major cracks in floor, weak and slippery floor. Broken bathroom fan that barely worked, and made loud humming noise. No fridge. Antique TV, Poor excuse of a coffee maker.
The towels. They are so old n need to be thrown out. You won't want
to touch the towels talkless of use it. They can also improve on the
location of breakfast room and the selection. The receptionist hardly
acknowledge their guests as they come in or out.
Shower was dirty. Still had hair in it. disgusting.
Got charged 3 times. Twice incorrectly. Lobby and hallways smelled of ciggarette smoke.
The towels in our non-smoking room smelled like cigarette smoke, the tub was cracked, and the staff was unprofessional.
The Size of the rooms, and the fact that my reservation was not to be found.

Drape hooks were broken transferred to another room, found a bobby pin on unswept floor in second room, thick dust on refrigerator coils, cigarette holes in comforter.
I woke up and found bugs in the room. I told the manager we were leaving because of it and he said he would give us a credit back. He has not done so and he Yelled at me on the phone. His name was Nick. I bet he yelled so loud the entire hotel heard him yell at me. I haven't seen the credit so I had to file a chargeback with the credit card company. Why do they have to be so mean?.
