They will try their best to help you in writing down all the Cyrillic alphabets for buying train tickets.   The hostel manager was very friendly, although didnt speak english, he did everything he could to help us with our journey eg booked taxis and gave us maps. The hostel was very clean and in a very good location. - 15 minutes to the train station and silence !

  Staff was really helpful and friendly, answered all our questions about surroundings and helped us when we needed. The room was very small, the bathroom even smaller. We had a room with a window, but we couldn't open it (maybe the windows cannot be opened at all), so it was a bit hot and muggy in the morning. The hotel has a bar inside, where you can buy so - Staff very helpful and friendly. Rooms are very small, but this is not a negative feature : it is just a characteristic of this hotel.
