I lived right in the centre next to famous sights and next to several restaurants on the pedestrian street Deribasovskaja.   Staff was really helpful and friendly, answered all our questions about surroundings and helped us when we needed. The room was very small, the bathroom even smaller. We had a room with a window, but we couldn't open it (maybe the windows cannot be opened at all), so it was a bit hot and muggy in the morning. The hotel has a bar inside, where you can buy so - Staff very helpful and friendly. Rooms are very small, but this is not a negative feature : it is just a characteristic of this hotel.
