Fully renovated to its former glory. Spa: nice swimming pool (maybe too deep, over 1,80 m), sauna, fitness space, great massages.   The staff in the hotel were very welcoming and helpful. The facilities within the hotel were 1st class. The pool area was lovely and spacious. I used the gym which was well equipped. The private beach was 5 minutes walk from the hotel and very nice. The lovely was set in lovely grounds and security was very good. Don't be put off if you don't know any Russian I got by for 5 days with little or no understanding of the language. - excellent staff, high quality medical assistance, excellent cuisine; no queuing, no waiting in SPA and pool; although the hotel was booked full it was very quiet.

  I just spent a week at SPA Hotel Maristella (Oct. 11-18). This hotel is very close to the beach so the location is ideal for warm and swimming weather. It was already too cold for that, so I spent most of my free time taking taxis to the city. That's about 20 minutes away and about $10 each way.   I enjoyed my stay and found it easy to get on with the staff who on the whole were very helpful.My Russian language is shocking but the staff helped with my needs - Really nice and supportive stuff. Nice view from the window (I had a room in the 10th floor and saw all the city and as well the see).

  The staff are so friendly and they helped me what ever I was expecting. - Good breakfast, convenient next to train station and 10 minute walk to one of the not so crowded beaches ( otrada), also nice that we got free entrance to itaka beach/night club.
