  The food was delicious. The Chef does a very good job. The staff is well-trained and strive always to be helpful. The view from the dining room is beautiful, especially in the morning. We enjoyed using the smoking lounge at night to relax after a long day and smoke hookah. We enjoyed the peace and quiet of the hotel. Staff - the best I have ever met in Ukrainian hotels. Very helpful and friendly. Nice restaurant with great view of old city. Among others, despite, that on weekend, they start servicing breakfast at 8am, they opened the restaurant at 7am, as we had to leave earlier.

  Graet hotel with great service! It was realy perfect place to stay in Lviv. Hotel is absolutely ideally situated right opposite to the Opera Theatre. A very nice, spacious and clean room with all facilities, extremely pleasant and helpful English speaking personel. Thank you! - The hotel is excellent. Location is great for seeing Lviv. The 7th floor restaurant is a beautiful view of the skyline. Best are the staff members who checked trains and buses, then bought tickets, got a box lunch for our early morning departure. They made this segment of our journey stress free. They are really what made the stay at the Opera worth the money.

Rooms are reasonably priced and I would recommend it to other travellers to Lviv. - We have chosen this hotel because we have already stayed there some years ago and enjoyed the combination of good services (room/food) and secure parking. This time, the hotel exceeded our expectations - the rooms were fully renovated, the food became better, and Wi-Fi faster. The room/bathroom was very clean, towels soft, and the beds extremely comfortable. We will definitely stay there next time and also recommend this hotel for business travelers and conference events.

  The George is one of the reasons why I was keen to return for my second visit to Lviv. It has to be one of my favourite hotels. For a reasonable price it is a chance to stay in a hotel of architectural standing. I like the way thasat the hotel has been updated minimally (but enough for comfort) without detracting from its historical character. I got a cheap room, without bathroom or toilet inside, but room itself was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The breakfast has been included as well. It was served very well, with a great variety of dishes offered. For $40 usd I paid for myself and my son to stay at the hotel, it was a great value!!! I'm really satisfied with this hotel. Highly recommend!
