  This was my first time in Kiev and I was looking for a small apartment to avoid the extortionate hotel charges in the city. KIevinn is certainly the answer. It is 5 minutes walk from the main Independence Square. Prior to arrival I arranged a pick up from the airport which was still waiting even though the flight was over an hour late. Both the night time and day time sta - Like most reviews, great location for access to the city, there are also many hotel choices in the immediate vicinity, so I know I have many choices on my next visit, although I will probably stay in this hotel again, I had a 7 day stay in a suite with sauna,i never used the sauna, so will not go for such a room again, as the city is very active with many things to do, plenty of great restaurants in the area to, try the black pig at the top on the street, great food.

  First, Big Lux is made much better simply because of Valerij the Property Manager. Uopn making my reservation, I received a text from Val, making all of the pickup arrangements at Kiev-Borispol airport for me and my girlfriend, arriving from separate cities. This relieved a lot of stress. When we departed, Val made two airport trips...one at 10 am... ce que les gens disent » and one at 3 am. He also waited in the car for an hour for an hour while I had coffee with my gf before she departed. Amazing!! The transport was for - I did like the approach and availability of Valery. He is good person, honest and have a great relation and advises to customers. The area location of the appartment was just at correct place in the center of Kiev. I will not hesitate to rent again with big lux if needed.
