Great location, accurate and comfortable rooms, free parking, nice breakfast on the balcony of the 5th floor, very good staff

Could have been a bit less expensive - at least 30% of the price is for the word boutique in the name of the hotel

The staff went out of their way to accommodate whatever I needed. Always with a smile. The location is perfect for sight seeing and is very quite. I had a great experience and when in Kiev will definitely will stay here again.

Location is very convenient. The meal in the restaurant was one of the best we have had anywhere. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and speak excellent English. Our maid saw that two of us were in our room and quickly supplied a second robe and extra towels.

Access is over the worst bit of pavement in Kiev (which is saying something). The hot items at breakfast tended to be cold. A travelogue about France on an endless loop got a bit tedious for every breakfast.

Very nice hotel at the ancient part of Kiev ("Kiev's Monmartre") with friendly staff and good restaurant. Many small cafes in the two-minute availability.

Nearest metro station is pretty far. Street view could be better (lane is not renovated). There was only one bathrobe in our double room.
