Friendly staff, beautiful room, great location. Being upgraded. Very friendly staff.Very helpful staff - I arrived around 9pm and they would have still given me a hot meal had I wanted one. Restaurant amazing, and the fact that they had the best British wine list in 2005 was not down to luck!. Friendly Staff, relaxed feeling never felt rushed. Food was great. Its in a lovely part of Wales Ideal for getting into the Hill or going to CAT. tous commentaires »
Warm, cosy, friendly, attention to detail, good food, comfortable bed etc. Friendly efficient staff. Excellent food. Rooms very quaint and old fashioned, suited our Canadian guests perfectly. The staff were helpful and welcoming. The ambience was very nice though the premises shows wear and tear. The food was really excellent and the hotel could almost trade on that alone. Room comfortable, very nice to have comfortable easy chairs. The selection of food and wine in the Restaurant. The staff were brilliant, home away from home!. The food was excellent. Good food, but a little too elaborate a menu for our plain foodeating son !. relaxed atmosphere. Excellent food, good value for money. food but expessive. It was a nice hotel ,nothing special but perfectly adequate. The food in the pizzeria and the bar were very good. Proximity of hotel to excellent Pizza restaurant, breakfast was great, bar staff and prices good, nice atmosphere. The excellent food. excellent restaurant. It is not the place for those seeking spit and polish but it is comfortable and I would not fault it. The end of hallway fire doors were next to the room and they were verynoisey when opened and closed. Very slow service, especially breakfast.Restaurant overpriced. Booked a family room, double and bunkbeds, as have a 15 yr old with us,but ended up with a double and a put-u-up single which compromised spacein the room.No sauces/preserves to accompany breakfast. My comfort was somewhat compromised for want of adequate pillows and the room furnishings were a little dated but at the pricepoint I don't really want to complain. The evening meal made up for a lot!. the shower was unusable. The room needed updating. Room was overheated..radiator on day and all night, unable to turn off so unable to sleep. needs moderrnising self service breakfast would be better bathroom facilities very basic. An old building which I understood, but in need of renovation or justmaintainance. Cracked and bulging bathroom ceiling had the most basicrepair to it looking rather unsightly. Very creaky and uneven floorscausing continuous noise in the room from the floor above and no doubtto the floor below me!.
