Ce que les gens disent
The apartment is modern, comfortable and well maintained. We did not
cook but the kitchen seemed to have everything needed even washing up
liquid, dishwasher tablets, sponges etc. I have stayed in other
apartments around the world and these items often are not included. Nice
view of the Shard from the windows. Excellent location for walking to
Borough Market and tube stations nearby. Good security. It is a nice and
comfortable city pad. Tesco express just downstairs is very useful. You
check in. tous commentaires »
The location is excellent! the staff is really nice I especially like to mention Tatiana Alonso and the reception staff. They were nice, friendly and provide us very useful. The apartment is very well equipped and the folders with recommendations about restaurants, pubs, supermarkets and general information were extremely useful and accurate.
.

Would definitely use again.
Great views ,rooms airy and light.Easy distance of a couple of tube stations.Modern ,and the two bedroom had two bathrooms.Very secure and staff at booking very helpful with maps and two sets of keys.
Stunning views of London Skyline.
Excellent location for city break.
Located above Tesco which made catering a dream.
Helpful and friendly staff at booking office.
Appartment was very spacious and ideal if you are with colleagues away on business for the week. Reasonable price, half the cost of 2 rooms for 4 nights in a hotel.
We really liked the location as it was easy access to the city sights. It was comfortable and had available all the facilities needed for a pleasant stay.
Location was fantastic for sight seeing the south bank and borough market The apartment was well equipped contemporary and spacious for two couples.
It is spacious with two totally private bedrooms and two bathrooms. It also has a fully equipped kitchen and lounge area. It was quiet and safe.
Apartment was very decent, perfect for a budget. It has everything you need to enjoy a weeks stay or more in an expensive city like London.
The apartment (which was at a different location than advertised) was right next to the tube and the vale for money was amazing.
High spec. apartment, everything worked as it should, even if iron has seen better days.
Handy for Tube - Borough Station.
Fantastic apartment would reccomend. Beautiful. Well eqipt. Very clean. Modern and stylish. Used for business trip.
Very comfortable, Central Location, good bus & train routes & markets & South Bank nearby but -.
Facilities, comfort, not noisy, easy to find. Staff very helpful and efficient. Bathrooms clean .
The large size of the apartment made it very comfortable for an extended stay in London.
plenty of space for 3 people. Kitchen well furnished. Beds comfortable and clean.
Location - comfort in flat - everything provided - clean, fresh and
very modern.
big flat screen TV, BT hub wifi, comfy sofas, fully fitted kitchen, comfy bed.
Large, secure, airy apartment with great access to London Underground.

Place was great heaps of room for the whole family .
The apartment as a whole including location.

Two bed flat for just over 100 per night.

Spacious modern and clean flat.

Excellet value for money.
location and transport.
All fine & ok.
Great apartment.
cosy place.
location.
Spacious appartment with two bedrooms and seperate livingroom, ideal for stay with children. The appartment is in a quit area, a 20 minute walk from the Tower Bridge. Upfront we thought we could not park at the appartment, but when we asked with checkin-in, they gave us parking space under the appartment.
The location is very good. It's only 10 min walk from London Bridge Station or 10 pounds cab to Waterloo. The stuff was very helpful. The apartment was big enough for a family (two separate bedrooms), food shop and pizza take-away are in the same building.
Apartment was safe and comfortable, clean with everything we needed right down to hairdryer.
The apartment is really nice, modern , confortable and good looking.
The location was good, short way to Borough tube.
Size and amenities of the apartment was great.
The apartment was very spacious.
The space and facilities.
Good central location.
Wonderful apartment.
There is a railway line just outside the windows (I read about it in
other reviews and I was worried about it) but to be honest it did not
bother me however it may be an issue if you have light sleep. Though
trains are not frequent at night.
The only thing that I would recommend to add fabric curtains in order to avoid street noise and day light.
-the sound of the trains passing by at 6.30 in the morning.
There's nothing that I didn't like anything about the apartment, would have preferred a softer mattress, but that's just personal preference.
No dish cloth in the kitchen and lack of placemats for the glass dining table.
It was a hot week and AC would have helped or even fans in the bedroom and lounge.
The accommodation was advertised with city views, as we were street level, we felt a little disappointed as it was not what we expected.
Trains run very nearby, with the windows open it can be pretty noisy. There is no air con so if its warm you need windows open.
The one bed was a bit too firm but that is just my personal opinion - my husband did not complain.
They charge 2% extra if you want to pay by debit card and 4% for AMEX (in the office they make you use some Czech site to enter the card details).
Because of the proximity of other apartments and with the windows being very large, apt really needs net curtains on windows.
Lack of clarity on Apartment location.Map reference says Union Street and is slightly misleading.Apartment was on Long Lane further down from Marlin Apts and also not the 10 mins the brochure said. For a pensioner like me, it was more like 20 minutes.
Living area surfaces were dusty as was the cooker hood, area was too far from attractions.(depends what you come to london for ) . But very near tower bridge which was good.
Neighbour - we were noisy on the first day of arrival but it was
during the day - we we out In the evening so no noise - next day we
were out all day returned sober and were sitting round the table
discussing our day - no television or music - but he continued to
scream 'shut up' He said he slept in the next room and our
talking was keeping him awake.
Not to be able to open the bay window in the living room.
British laundry machines defy logic. No operating manual in the apartment!.
Didnt like the fact the blankets were to small for a double bed so they just gave you two instead.
Nothing.
We would prefer being able to pay the full amount of money for the apartment before arriving, so we didn´t have to pay credit card charge at your office. In this way everything is taken care of so we didn´t have to remember our verified by visa code (quite right we could not). Paying in cash is a bad option. Very few carry that amount of GBP cash from our country.
Seemed to be a minor infestation of small flies. Fortunately the fly spray sorted them out.
Poor ventilation.
it's inconvenience as we have to go to other place for getting the key and the heater sometimes on and sometimes off.
Beside railway. Location not as indicated as location was that of the
managing office. Would have preferred being closer to Southwark or
London Bridge tube stations. Flat location should be advised by
letsbookhotel.com when flat is selected as being in a suitable location and
before the booking is confirmed.
Could not figure how to do laundry at all.
Location poor.
too far from office not enough utensils ie:- tea towels and toilet paper.
Didn't like that once I booked I received an email advising that the actual unit was at a different address. It turned out ok, but I was a little worried.
the noise on the street all night.
no air con
very noisy road.
The check-in is at another location, not far from the appartment but still...
In the neighbourhood there are only a very few stores to buy some food.
The distance to the metro station was somewhat long, but there were many buses that we could take if we'd know where they were going . I sugest that the real location of tha appartment available in booking site public instead of the location of the office. I also suggest that a timetable/ map of the buses nearby are available to the guests.
It looked better on the photos.
I had problem getting the keys from the "missing" cleaning lady.
It could have been more cleaner.
We didn't like the location of office compared with location of apartments. Not sure how non English speaking visitors would cope, but we had two small children, with suitcases. An escort or little shuttle would have been nice!.
The location was OK, but it was a long distace from the office to the apartment (luggage). Besides, the closest tube station was too far.
15 minutes walk away from check area. The door handle was broken off and
I had to wait over an hour for maintenance before I could get in. No
reduction in price offered. The staff to be fair were helpful but the
fact that it happened did not warrant the rate I was being charged.
The fees policy for EVERYTHING...
It is a little bit annoying and discouraging.
The location shown in the apartment listing is indeed the check-in reception, but not the actual apartment. After the check-in, we needed to walk 10 minutes with all our luggages to the apartment. This is really unexpected given that this is mentioned in the note section in the booking, rather than in the location section.
I was misled into thinking that the apartment was in UNION STREET
Had I known the exact location I may have choosen another location.
