The hospitality of the front desk- how responsive and attentive to our needs ( furnishing extra bed at nominal charge or assisting with directions of the city, and providing transportation to the airport, since we were two ladies with a toddler, they were so sweet to have carried the luggage and stroller to our apartment..) location is so central to explore London. size of apt compared to standard. London hotel rooms! Neighborhood is friendly and surrounded with convenience stores and a couple .
The hotel is located close to the busy Queensway St. but it is not exposed to its noise and traffic. Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park are within walking distance.
The room we were staying in was cosy and gave a feeling of staying at home. It was quite spacious so the time we spent indoors was enjoyable. A small kitchenette was a great asset as we could have our lazy breakfasts in the room or evening snacks.
The hotel staff are available 24h/7d.
We had a great time at Prince Square Apartments. The staff was great and the studio apartment was spacious. The wifi was quick the 1st few days but slowed down the last few days. It was not a real problem. I was able to send and receive emails and check in at the airport. The laundry was handy. I would definitely recommend Princes Square Apartments. The studio apartment was perfect for two people. We had plenty of room to move around.
We are a muslim couple and we love the location of this apartment. It is in Bayswater, where you can find most of the halal food in London.
5 mins walk from the tube station. A walk away to Portobello Market, there is even Whiteley mall just down the street when you step out of the apartment - H&M, Zara, Accesories & etc! So convenient!.
I loved the location, there was lots to do within the area around the apartments, very short walk to 2 tube stations and lots of shops, clean area, the studio room we stayed in was comfortable and spacious enough for two people for the 6 nights we stayed or for even more. service was great.
Clean, Tidy, Well serviced.
Apartment facilities were entirely adequate for our needs. Shopping facilities and Cafes'/restaurants etc were handy as was being in close proximity to two underground stations.
We would use these apartments again and indeed will probably do so.
- Staff provide good services and allow us to select the room to reach customer satisfaction.
- Location is convenient, close with department store, restaurants and underground train.
- Studio room has many convenient equipment provided.
Recommend!!.
The location is very near to Underground (Bayswater and Queenway). A lot of eating place, convenient stores, pharmacy, shopping center Whitely, souvenir shops open till late. I other words, you can find everything around that place.
The apartment was very well kept and clean. It was also well equipt with
optional extra heaters, towels and toiletries. The building was safe and
quiet. Location was perfect.
apartment was nice and clean. building was safe and quiet. location was perfect . Mr. Tom at the reception desk made our stay so nice and easy .Thanks to him.
Overall very good. Nice room. Nice staff. Near Bayswater tube. Nice
location. Would absolutely consider to stay at the hotel again!.
liked the location, price,(in comparison to London hotels generally).Comfort and cleanliness, lots of space.
I liked the friendly helpful staff. The room size was very more than adequate. Close to public transport.
The position, close to all shops, restaurants, transport. Quiet apartments. Cleaning staff very prompt.
The friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of the room and the overall feeling about the hotel.
Excellent location, spacious, clean, comfortable, safe.

The bed was a little hard and a double. Not a problem for us but maybe for some. There was a high tub. It you were impaired it would have been hard to get out of it. Would be nice to have some hand rails.
it was a little difficult to fine the appartments as all the places look the same within that area.
- Cleaning services not everyday and not provide us the new soap and shampoo.
Bathroom is small or a studio apartment and the heater in the bathroom can hurt you. Should have a caution label so you are aware.
One of the receptionist was looking upset when we came back around
23:00, as if we were disturbing him. He didn't say anything at
all. On the other hand, the other two receptionist during the day
were helpful.
Bathroom needs attention because it is dangerous to use the shower. its design is old and needs renovation .
An additional fee for paying with credit card, more expensive with
Mastercard. The security box didn't work.
Hard to find as there was no signage but it was explained to us that it was due to city regulations.
Prefer shower rather than one over a bath. Not a deal breaker.
Nothing.
No air-conditioning (we were there during the warmest week of the year) and only one opening window.
Difficult to find as no sign on door.
basement aspect.
Would have preferred a proper overn as well as a microwave.
there was an unpleasant smell in the room, which like paint.
Parking is expensive and time straining. I was fined 80 Sterling Pounds for being few minutes late.
No air condition.
Nothing.
Really need to repair the bathroom tiles.
bad staff ,
, as they ask for deposit made me go cash point and come back ,.
Smallish and a bit of a walk from a tube station.
you have to pay 100 Pound as Depot. They say you get it back after a week.I hope it is o.k.
This studio was tiny and really only fits one person. The bathroom, whilst clean, was terribly outdated. There was rust on the shelves, cracks in the floor, and the toilet paper holder was hanging on for dear life. Wood around the tub was dried out and neede refinishing. The hallway for the first floor apts. had a terrible smell.
Comfort (poor beds).
Sofa is run down. Too limited channel of TV programme.
The décor was 'tired' at best. No provision made for the hot weather of the 13th July, the room was unbearable. Having paid over £170 we expected more. Very disappointed. We could not wait to get out of the room.
