The peace & quiet! I really liked the unusual breakfast arrangement.
It suited me to eat when I felt like it. I liked the advance local
information, enabling me to book tables at good local restaurants. Also
personal touch in making last minute changes (all my fault). I loved
being able to adjust the heating myself - I like a cold bedroom. Good
broadband, especially for such a remote area, and it was included.
Expensive hotels should note! Beautifully equipped, including gorgeous

The rooms are furnished to a very high standard with everything you could wish for and more. Beautiful location with amazing views. Excellent breakfast served to your room. 5 star accommodation at its best.
Pip welcomed us even tho we were very early. Everything we could wish for a relaxing stay was provided, with the offer of anything else we needed just to let her know.

Luxurious, calm, quiet, lovely setting, relaxed.
Nothing. As it turned out, I was on my own, but with a partner, I'd
prefer 2 armchairs to a chaise longue. And a plea for a good reading
light for us middle aged people!.
Our stay was too short but that was not a criticism of the property, just my late planning.
Only thing I could think of which I noticed was commented in the guest book was that a couple of easy chairs would have been more useful than the chaise lounge in which we both could sit and take in the lovely views.
