Ce que les gens disent
Really friendly staff. Rooms clean comfy and well equipped. Supermarket and restaurant nearby made life when travelling with children easier. Good location for reasonably short car trips to Bath, Bradford on Avon lots of lovely Cotswold villages etc. even Stone Henge only about 30 mins away.
The staff were excellent. The bedroom was well equipped. There was plenty of private parking. The hotel worked well with the eatery next door where we enjoyed a lovely evening meal and an excellent and good value breakfast.tous commentaires »
Was visiting Bath and this was a convenient location (about 30 mins away driving). Very affordable and excellent quality. Staff was very friendly.
Pub across the parking lot with good food, drink and friendly staff as well.
We stayed in a quad room with our two children aged 14 and 4 years of age. There was plenty of room and the room was clean and nice and quiet.
Had a lovely breakfast which was included in the room price.
We had spent a few nights in Travelodge Amesbury which left quite a lot to be desired so on entering Premier Inn we were pleasantly surprised. The Brewers Fayre provided a very nice breakfast also.
Our second stay at this inn, ideally placed to start a day’s
sightseeing along the a4 between visiting family in Bristol and
returning home to London.
for us it was a great braek from work and childern free we enjoyed it very much was a great room warm and just to chill out was what we both needed.
You are sure to get a good night sleep which is very important when travelling, and the food at the restaurants is good. Staff very friendly.
Price incl breakfast, which was excellent.
Assistance with faulty heater despite late hours.
Spaciousness and cleanliness of room.
there was A restaurant
nearby so we could eat and not drive. accomodation was warm, comfortable, and reasonable.
Staff were fantastic, room was clean and spacious.
Close to somewhere to eat (staff there were also brilliant).
Easy to get to. Convenient to visit Bath (we parked at Chippenham station and went by train 10 min journey).
The level of service was impeccable. Extremely accommodating for someone
with special needs (wheelchair).
Staff always smiling and joking with you. Rooms clean.
Loved the entertainment room for children.
The staff were very friendly and helpful & the room was spotlessly clean.
the staff extremely friendly always cheerful genuinely made you feel welcome.
It was the perfect location for our overnight stay on our way to Cornwall.
Excellent location and hotel - breakfasts good and all very baby friendly.
Good hotel easy to reach location, very friendly and helpful staff.
Great location for both my son's barracks and the town itself.
Helpful staff, easy access to town and motorway, good parking.
Space, no nonsense comfort and food available on site.

breakfast was good
Clean room.
Loved the friendly staff.
Friendly helpful staff.
Cleanliness.
Breakfast was quite good. It is a hotel just to sleep and go on with your route.
I requested a room facing the backside of the hotel, which was very quiet.
Helpful receptionist, was very welcoming, nothing was too much trouble.
Staff were friendly, the breakfast at the brewers fayre was very good.
Convenience and Front Desk Clerk was so pleasant and helpful.
Beds lovely
No quibble disturbed sleep guarantee.
Room was clean and breakfast was good.
Very good room and sleep quality.
Comfy beds, nice and quiet.
Bed comfortable.
Position to m4.
Typical Premier Inn. Friendly staff.
near to Wilts history centre.
Not much to be honest.
Not much.
Staff were very nice.
Some building work going on however at no time were we disturbed by noise or dust etc.
None I couldn't fault the place.
we wont say we dident like but would been nice to of had more of tea coffee milk sugar in stead of going to shop to buy more.
Nothing.
Stairs - no lift access for handicapp.
Faulty heater
Insufficient signage from main roads.
no negatives.
A bit inconvenienced due to the renovations, but overall, not a
huge issue.
Walking from the room to the pub.
Thought the room was a tad over priced.
The toilet in room18 did not flush sufficiently. We reported this on our departure.
Tight parking but probably because of building works.
Compared to many Premier Inn's that I have stayed in recently, it
was fairly expensive. In the last few months I was under £50 for a night
in Aberdeen and under £20 for a night in Falkirk. The product was the
same, why the big difference in price?.
lack of sound proofing.
N/A.
It was hard to find due to they were renovating it.
Due to extension to hotel being built car parking limited.
The adjoining "Brewer's Fare" restaurant could do with some more salads and veggie options.
due to bedroom being next to temporary reception people walking on wooden walkway kept us awake all night. We were promised a refund under your good night sleep guaruntee but have not recieved any confirmation of this yet.
No phone in room.
It was quite difficult to find it. There aren´t enough signals for someone who hasn´t got a GPS. And it is a bit far from Bath.
Middle of building programme and wasn't aware of it.
The signage leading to the inn was very poor.
No phone in room and no offer of room including breakfast.
1. Walls very thin, disturbed by children next door at 3 in the morning
2. Only 2 sugars in the room (policy apparently), no phone so have to walk a distance to reception to get more
3. letsbookhotel.com automatically book a disabled room according to the staff - the wardrobes are lower and wont hang dresses
4. Family room booked but not made up (letsbookhotel.com dont tell them this either I was told). The extra beds were not that comfortable I was told by my children.
No air conditioning in room, As it was a very warm night sruggled to sleep.
Breakfast and dinner in another building. If the weather is really bad you have to walk a bit to go there.
Brewers fayre restaurant promoted by yourselves was not the best. Mixed up orders for evening meals both nights and food was average at best. Breakfast was ok though.
Had to ask for towels as only 1 was in the room. There was no mini bar. Had to walk through car park for breakfast. And had to ask how to work the shower/bath tap.
Rooms (45) very tired seen better days does not add up to Premier image.
I had a bad experience at check in...soured the rest of my stay.
Nothing really, once the new building site extension and refurbishment is completed!.
Very expensive for what we received.
No phone in the room. Had to leave the room each time we had a question
or make a local call. Using our cells phones would have cost a
fortune!!!! Vending machine did not work. No air conditioning. Had to
pay for wi-fi.
There wasn't a phone in the room. Every time I needed something I had to go to reception and wait in line. The vending machine did not work.
The bedrooms were really uncomfortable hot and no air. They ended up
giving us 2 fans. Beds were uncomfortable and ended up with back ache.
Food from the nearby Brewers Fayre was awful! No lounge, no free WiFi
and so the list goes on. Never again.
