Chambre tres petite et tres vieille.Sanitaire et robinetterie en mauvais etat. Tres mauvaise insonorisation.
the place is awelcoming place, the cleaness,and the comfort.
Extras included like hairdryer, iron and ironing board. Room was very clean, staff were great, would visit again.

The staff were very polite and willing to help. The cleanliness in the room was fantastic. Generally, a very pleasent experience and one of the best hotels I have stayed in.
The bar prices are very expensive.

Extremely difficult to find the hotel, directions were not very helpful - not the place to drive to if first time travelers to England and opposite driving rules, signs, regulations, etc. A local gentleman was so very kind in actually leading us to the hotel with his vehicle -

Good location, reasonable price.
The rooms are quite small. I did request an outward facing room at time of booking (as i had stayed in an inward facing one before and thought that outward would be larger) but my request was not acknowledged or actioned.

Even thought there were christmas parties going on in the evening it didn't interfere with our stay and we were priority and looked after. Thank you so much to the staff of the hotel, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay with you.
It was a bit further from the city centre than i imagined but still close enough to enjoy a good night out and plenty of shopping!

The elevators are really slow and takes a very long time to go from one floor to another.
The room I was allocated was absolutely excellent
We booked 3 rooms, for some reason one of the rooms wasn't allocated, eventually a room was found for the gentleman but it wasn't as good a quality as the other 2. Also the price charged was slightly more than on your website.

It is a quality holte at a very reasonable price. Everything about it says quality.

Staff in restaurant excellent - helpful but not overfussy. Food good for the price.
problem with room key - no one apologised - I was told it was 'live' and someone did it for me - allowed me to feel rather inadequate. Room service breakfast 25 minutes late, cold, not what I ordered; but this was taken off my bill when I mentioned it (though I would rather have had a good breakfast)
The ability to bring my dog was the reason for my stay and I was impressed by the way staff helped to enable me to have my dinner and breakfast other than in my room. I could not leave him on his own as he would have barked the place down!
I understand you are refurbishing the hotel so would hope that, when I stay again, the decoration in the actual bedroom will be much improved.

Only one lift was working and the other did not stop at all floors which was very concerning Access on foot to and from car park is difficult I would not recommend the hotel until the lifts are working

On entering room I wised to make a hot drink while getting ready to go out, there was no milk in room, phoned reception to aske for some to be delivered to room. 90 mins later on leaving the room to go out the milk still had not arrived. Returning late evening the milk had still not been delivered so had to go to reception to pick up
