It's not easy to keep wooden structures keep and having everything functioning, but they've done well. Both the owner and hotel staff are very helpful and friendly.   My wife & I stayed at the Palmen some years ago when it was owned by Arif who became a friend over many years of holidaying in Alanya - The apartment was fit for purpose, nothing spectacular and small. Staff were helpful.
