  The hotel is centrally located near central coach station in Ankara with convenient connections to other central districts of the city. My room was very clean and comfortable, the furniture was new and the room facilities were complete to my needs. I also used the sauna and the Finnish bath facilities in the hotel. The breakfast was perfect with many - Everything was perfect. The staff were very helpful and always had a smile on their face. They went out of their way to help. The receptionist even gave me her mobile phone to use! The spa centre was enjoyable. They had woman only swimming/spa time too. The quality of the food at the restaurant was excellent. I would definitely visit here again, we even extended our stay at Ankara because the hotel was so good, we did not want to leave.

  The hotel and the location were great. Everyone from the cleaning lady to the reception were very helpful and polite. They were also very quick to attend to their guests, every time we called the reception within 5 minutes someone was at our door. I have to especially thank Hossein the bellboy was always there to help us with our needs. I was in Ankara for business but because of having some leisure time I decided to stay in a hotel in the middle of the center of Ankara, which the Eyüboğlu Hotel is situated. The hotel self was really fine; staff is friendly and very helpful, the rooms are tidy and big enough, it is not too formal, in sum it is a great hotel!

  This place is very well-appointed and clean. It seemed very new. It is very close to the Mevlana Museum, just a 2-min. Walk or so. We travelled there by bus, and we then took the tram from the bus station to Aladdin Tepesi, and walked 10 min. Being tired from all the site seeing, Rumi hotel gave us that rest we needed ( it was very similar to western hotels). We came from the states so customer service was a big deal to us...the staff and specifically Ahmed, was so kind and helpful. Hassan was also a very warm-hearted, true, and helpful person :) thank you Rumi Hotel!

  Super nice staff. Good enough launguage skills by the staff unlike anywhere else in Ankara. Close to all the nice restaurants. Excellent breakfast for a 4star hotel.
