The staff were very friendly. Muhammed and , the manager did everything to make our stay very pleasant. We could not find the hotel and called then to get directions. The manager took it upon himself to ask us to stay where we are and he came by foot to fetch us and take us to the hotel. Muhammed could not speak English well, but he had his pc on

Staff rate - excellent: friendly, ready to help;
Value for money - excellent: you can easily compare the prices and see the value;
Location - excellent: for our stay in Istanbul we chose Taxim square, and Taxim Elegance Suites is located 5 minutes walk distance from Taxim square.

My room was clean and comfortable. I checked into my room very late at night. I was pleased that there was someone on duty when I arrived. When I checked out I was asked if I wanted to leave my bag while I visited Taksim Square. If you arrive by plane at Sahiba Gökçen Airport take the Havataş bus to Taksim and it's a short walk to the hotel. -

great location. can be reached easily from airport by taking the havatas to taxim. Just 5 min walk from taxim square. Value for money. Spacious and comfortable. Safe and secure. Friendly and helpful staff. Free wifi. i loved it. I would recommend the hotel to all my friends and family visiting istanbul.

- Staff made sure to personally take a peak of people entering, made us feel safe that they made sure no outsiders can just enter.
- The had hair dryer upon request. The room was supplied basic necessities (electric pot, glasses, cups, teaspoons, tea bags, soap, shampoo, shower gel, clothes hangers)
- Staff were helpful and friendly (Ms. Eda & Mohd).
- Location was excellent very near to shopping area, cafés, night life & bus to airport.

All I can say is that thanks to the great people working at T-Loft Residence, I had a most enjoyable city break in Istanbul. As a matter of fact, I have no words to express my gratitude and appreciation of their kind attitude and friendly customer approach.
