  The staff at Rota Bulvar is very friendly and helpful. The location is great, Kizilay square and station is just 4 minutes walk. The rooms are comfortable and breakfast is decent. On weekends, the breakfast buffet is richer than weekdays and top floor restaurant offers a great view over the Turkish capital.
